serial dilution & spreadings.

really had a long day.
plus the lectures are really long lah.
2hrs of CCTA
1hr of break
1hr of MMB
1hr of IMM
3hrs of MMB practicals.
so tiring right?
the practical is really CRAZY lah.
Every 20mins is a cycle.
each time have to dilute 6 times.
have to do for 6 cycles.
total 36 tubes.
and then 3 plates of spreading per cycle.
total of 18 plates.
maybe you cant feel it,
but when the timer goes off ah,
the whole class goes into the same routine
of serial dilution & spreading.
not forgetting preparing 1ml for spectophotometery.
CRAZY. :/
but i think i had fun.
& dr. new is like damn nice. :]
another Mr. Nice guy. =]
and guess the bacteria that we used?
E.coli
then next wed, i would have max
of 18plates of E.coli to count.
ohya, saw dr. lau! :]
i really really miss his classes!
i miss his motivation
i miss his smile! :[
i just miss him tons lah.
cos he is like the nicest lecturer. :]

UFS class.
lesson was okay.
the lecturer like keeps on talking...
went gym!
like finally?
hahaha... :]]
burned some calories. hahaha.
then now i'm going to bed.
