esp project and stuff. =D

finally finish them.
but cannot be too happy,
cos there is more to come lah.
like ALWAYS. hahas!
hahas. even though i always look forward
to fri cos there is gym.
i hate today's gym.
instead of staying in the so nice air con,
we are forced to go to the running track. :/
and ran 2 rounds,
did 'push up',
'tricep dip/bench dip',
'squats',
Burpees.
'Lunges'
and pull up.
SUPER tired luhh.
pull up is a NO NO for me.
i hate pull ups la.
somemore the bar can move lah. =(
lousy one.
i still like staying the the gym! =D
& today is another NEW instructor AGAIN.
eekss. Dont really like him,
but i guess he is okay.. =/
i still prefer jerad...
hahas..
still have another 2 more lesson of S&w i think.
i hope there is no running arnd the sch! hahas..
